• 1. What is VOO?

    VOO is a service that allows to watch TV and video contents through the internet based on OTT technology. You can purchase the desired media package and view all content included in the package for one fixed monthly fee.

  • 2. How does VOO work?

    You are available to use VOO service with your desired devices in internet environment. You can use it by downloading VOO application in your cellphone or accessing to the website www.voo.mn from your PC or laptop and as well, buying VOO device and connecting it to your TV for watching contents. It is also possible to reverse TV channels for 96 hours with the quality up to 1080P using VOO service

  • 3. How to register to VOO?

    You can subscribe to VOO by the following form.

    • Email Registration (Successful registration will be done by entering the 6-digit confirmation code that you will receive from your email address).
    • Register by phone number (You will be registered successfully by entering the 6-digit confirmation code that you will receive from your registration number).

    It is also possible to sign in from the following methods:

    • Facebook address
    • Google email address.
  • 4. How can you view your content without seeing ads?

    If you would like to view content without advertising, enable Upgrade packets to Basic HD, Standard HD and Premium HD packages. If you want to upgrade your package, please enter to PACKAGE INFORMATION in PROFILE menu (individual’s image) and available to choose the package suitable for you.

  • 5. How to make your payment?

    For prepaid users, you can choose your package and pay your payment with domestic and foreign bank cards, using Monpay, Qpay and SocialPay.

  • 6. Image quality is poor and disturbs?

    We recommend a minimum of 5Mbps internet speed to enjoy VOO service and high image quality. Data usage may vary depending on the quality of the video you are watching.
    For example, assuming an average of 14.5MB of data is used to watch 720P quality videos per minute, 14.5MB x 60 = 870MB or 0.87GB of data per hour. Also, data usage may vary depending on the speed of the internet. So if you use 4G, control your data usage and avoid any extra charges.

  • 7. How many Mobile Application users can use one service right?

    If you are a prepaid Mobile App user, you are available to use only one device at a time.   

  • 8. What is parental control?

    By enabling parental controls, you will be limited to watch adult contents (+18) and should buy additional contents. In order to activate your parental control, you enter to PARENTAL CONTROL menu in the MY CORNER in the top right of the display, choose OPEN and enter your security code.  The security code is 0000 first time and you can change the code with the order as MY CORNER-PARENTAL CONTROL-ENTER NEW PIN CODE.

  • 9. Can I play TV programs reverse or backwards?

    By using the service playing TV programs reverse or backwards, you can watch TV programs again that you haven’t watched, yet. In order to use the service, after clicking on the program you want to play backward, the activation window for playing the program backward will be opened. The service is included in Content, TV, Premium packages, free of charge.

  • 10. The difference between the users of Mobile prepaid and the users having VOO device?

    You can use VOO service in 2 different types.

    1. Prepaid users are available to choose and use packages Free HD, Basic HD, Standard HD and Premium HD and use their accounts for downloading the application in their cellphones and tablets or accessing to the webpage www.voo.mn.

    Note: The prepaid user is not available to access to VOO device with their rights accessing to applications and the webpage www.voo.mn. If you intend to get TV rights of VOO device, please conclude an agreement in Mobicom branches using your ID documents and get it free of charge.   

    2. Post-paid users of VOO device are available to choose and use Standard HD and Premium HD packages and they can use 2 rights for their convenience; one is for watching TV with VOO device and another one is for using mobile application or webpage. Such 2 rights are available to be used for mobile, tablets, webpage and TV device same time.

  • 11. Is it possible to use it by a customer living abroad?

    Customers living abroad are available to choose the prepaid packages Basic HD abroad-4.99$ and Standard HD abroad-7.99$, only and use mobile, tablet and webpage.

    Note: Please remember that the foreign contents and channels cannot be watched outside of Mongolia.
