In some cases we collect the following information from your device using the "VOO" service. Including: the IP address of a local computer, the type of Internet browser, the date and time of use of the service, and how long the service is used and other relevant information.
If we provide our services via mobile, we may collect other types of data such as mobile phone designs, unique mobile IDs, mobile IP addresses, and mobile operating systems.

We use user information for the following purposes:

• Continuous improvement the products and services;

Managing personal information and account

You have the ability to manage and delete your account (facebook) and data directly from your account settings.

• To initiate an account deletion request, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Log in to your VOO account (facebook).

2. Visit the 'Profile' section at voo.mn/me and select the 'Account' subsection within your profile.

3. Locate and click on the 'Delete account' option to initiate the account deletion process. Following this, you will receive a confirmation message prompting you to confirm your decision. We kindly ask that you carefully review the provided information.

4. For security purposes, please enter your password to validate and verify your request.

• To update your personal information, please adhere to the following steps:

1. Sign in to your VOO account (facebook).

2. Access the 'Account' section of your profile and select 'User information.'

3. Within the 'User information' section, you will find options to modify specific categories of personal data, which may include:

- Personal details (name, date of birth, and gender).

- Contact information (phone number and email address).

• To request to delete your watch history data, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your VOO account (facebook).

2. Navigate to the "Profile" -> "Watch history" section of your profile.

3.Click on the delete button to initiate the watch history or you can delete all your watch history by delete all button

• To request to delete your search history data, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your VOO account (facebook).

2. Navigate to the "Search" section 

3.Click on the "delete" button to initiate the watch history 

Please note that after your account and data is deleted it won’t be able to recover.

If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Please provide your name, contact information, and specific details regarding the data you would like to have deleted. We will process your request promptly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

- to stop abuse of the service
- to stop any errors related to the service in good condition
- as per request of the authorized body specified in law

We will be able to make amendment to your privacy policy in order to strictly protect your information so we will provide you with relevant channels for you on a regular basis.
