In some cases we collect the following information from your device using the "VOO" service. Including: the IP address of a local computer, the type of Internet browser, the date and time of use of the service, and how long the service is used and other relevant information.
If we provide our services via mobile, we may collect other types of data such as mobile phone designs, unique mobile IDs, mobile IP addresses, and mobile operating systems.
We use user information for the following purposes:
Transmission of information
Because the user's personal data is important to improve the functionality of the product, we use this information only for internal use of the entity and not to disclose or sell the third party for profit purpose. Use of the "VOO" service allows you to access third parties (Facebook, Google) and partner organizations, and the privacy of these organizations may differ from this policy. In this case, you are advised to familiarize yourself with the privacy policies of these sites.
Managing your private information.
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify, and erase your data such as Facebook, Google, Apple account info and other submitted data in order to login. We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide our services, or until your data is deleted. For deleting your information please contact to our call center: 1800-2222. After the information is deleted it won’t be able to recover that information later.
In the following cases, we will be able to provide your information as required by law. These include:
- to protect of the property and proprietary rights of the VOO service provider
- to stop abuse of the service
- to stop any errors related to the service in good condition
- as per request of the authorized body specified in law

It is our responsibility to keep your data but at risk of losing information on the internet and in any electronic form.
