Dear customer, please, be introduced with the following service terms and conditions and acknowledge when you use the “VOO” service. The below stated terms and conditions shall be assumed as an “Electronic agreement signed with the customer in a relation to delivering the services”. If you do not agree with the terms below, please be aware that the use of "VOO" websites, applications and "VOO" services may not be available.
General terms
1."VOO" service. "VOO" is a service that allows you to watch television channels, interesting shows, top movies and many other types of video content through the Internet through your TV, web, desktop computers and laptops, cell phones and tablets, and much more.
2. Membership. All operator users have access to VOO membership and are obliged to provide accurate personal information when registering. The user bears responsibility for the accuracy of his information. If you select Mongolian and foreign TV channels, you would have the possibility to get one additional right to watch contents on the VOO device by coming to one of our branches and signing agreement.
3. User Accounts and Passwords. Users who have subscribed to the VOO service have the right to change their account. Please note that this will prevent the user from losing their account information and password and not transferring it to others. The user is fully responsible for any issues arising from the loss to others.
4. User Activity. Before becoming a member, you need to be thoroughly familiar with the price, content length and subject matter, and any other relevant terms and conditions of the service. Users outside Mongolia only have the right to access Mongolian content. Note that some of the content is age-restricted. User keeps a right to make a complaint about service lack.
5. Billing for service.
5.1 The user can pay for their VOO services from their phones and tablets by choosing in-app purchase payment function.
5.2 Postpaid package payments are calculated on the basis of the calendar month of the month and 30 days for the prepaid user.
5.3 The "VOO" postpaid service charge is billed on the 5th of the next month and shall be paid by user within 20th of the billed month and the service is closed if the payment is not paid on time. However, if all Mobicom services are combined into one bill, it will be paid according to the time specified in that contract.
5.4 Users can upgrade or downgrade their packages once a month. The monthly payments shall be estimated according to the days left in corresponding month each time of changing the package.
5.5 If package rights are expired by prepaid users, packages will automatically be transferred to the Free HD package.
5.6 When using a package outside of Mongolia, the package price varies depending on the Apple store and Play store premiums as below :

6. Personal information. Priority is given to the privacy of user information. Also, the information related to your registration, bill payments and the contents you have watched shall be kept and can be used with the purpose to improve the VOO service and offer the contents that is of interest to the user.
7. “VOO” contents.
7.1 "VOO" service is available for users over 4 years old. PG contents can be accessed with the parental code.
7.2 The quality of VOO content may vary visually depending on the device used and the speed of the Internet. The available Internet speed for watching video content is 5 Mbps.
7.3 The "VOO" content and entertainment shows are for your personal use only and may not be used for any business activity. In this case, note the immediate cease of the service and termination of the contract.
7.4 Changes to the VOO Terms of Service, video directories, web and application structure may be made at anytime by service provider for user convenience.
7.5 Please, note that some of the contents and channels might be able to watch in some conditions due to the geographical location.

9. Change of operating regulations. The service provider has the right to make changes to the rules of use of the "VOO" service. In this case, the customer will be notified 5 days in advance.
10. Distribute information to customers. The "VOO" service provider has the right to provide payment information, notifications, new promotions and information regarding the "VOO" service to the user's mobile phone and email address.
11. Directory of Customer service. You can find the "VOO" service manual and more information from www.voo.mn, "VOO" social media and 2222 Customer Information Service.
12. Liability and Accountability. Due to unforeseen circumstances and force majeure circumstances, VOO services may be interrupted and, in this case, efforts will be made to restore the service by all possible means to protect the best interests of the consumer. In addition, VOO Provider does not guarantee safety for your account, registrations against unauthorized attacks, damage, viruses and will not be liable for any issues associated with it.
